i tryed chantix because i knew i could not just do it. chantix for me was a bit of a miracle. i did not have a bad time quitting but i did think about it and prepared myself for a while. i took a very small dose because i was scared of effects, the whole 2 1/2 mo i took 0.5 ml and never up the dose. it worked with no side effects. but everyone has to find thier way. we are here if you need support and encouragement.
