How I am doing is fine. I just go day by day and every day is a new day to live and I try not to worry about tomorrow, or go over yesterdays too much either. Making plans and goals is always good, and thinking of yesterdays memories is fine, but I do try to live in the moment, and that is how I keep my quit, I just go day by day, say to myself-For today I won't smoke, just for today. Then the next day I say the same, and so on.
