or obsessive thoughts that just keep popping
up in their minds. My sister is afraid of
heights, and is scared she might just suddenly
jump off a high place. She is not depressed;
just anxious. So her mind thinks "what if?".
"What if" I go up someplace high and then
just jump off? The same could be true for
you when you are driving. An odd thought just enters your mind; maybe because you
are worried or anxious about something.
Just one idea, and one opinion. If, you keep
having "weird" thought more frequently, I would ask your doctor IF any of your meds could be causing this? Best wishes.
I too was worried when I read your post.
Even when I suffered bad depression a few years back I never had thoughts like this. If such thoughts were to come I would also think that if I did such a thing how much it would hurt people I care about and who care about me.
You say you are not depressed but something must be wrong for you to have had these thoughts and to have posted them here.
You know how much we all care for you and that it is because we do care that we say you really must talk to your Doc about this.
