The Roll Call and the Pledge are used to... 1. the Roll Call Lets everyone know how many days, weeks, months, years you have been quit. We like to cheer on folks reaching anniversaries.
The Pledge is to keep you accountable for your quit.
There are Quit meters online that you can get to help keep track of your quit. If you need one holler someone will give you a Link, or just Google: Quit meter and they will pop up.
The Board is a little slim right now but the few that are on it will definitely cheer you on and also give helpful advice should you ask for it.

If you quit before you know the drill so yes, if I can help let me know. I have to tell you, I am not always a "sweetie" when it comes to answers cause I suffer everyday because I smoked.

When is your quit date? Are you using a NRT? I will tell you up front. I and this is only my opinion, don't agree with E-cig as an NRT.
I won't be using an NRT and I agree with you on the vapour things or E-cigs don't agree with them at all. So it will be cold turkey for me, and maybe listening to Allen Carrs -easy way to quit smoking again. Hope to start fresh tomorrow!
