We are a diverse group of people, from all over the world, all with the same goal. To quit smoking and to live a cigarette free life. Quitting Cold Turkey and keeping the quit 46 weeks is just AWESOME. I certainly hope you have rewarded yourself for doing so great. A reward can be anything. A quiet walk, a bubble bath with candles, a good book. A night out on the town with all the money you are saving.
