1,065 days. I had a great night at a friends house yesterday..Dinner and card games and ALL 6 of us used to be smokers. We talked about how much more free we all feel. No leaving the game for a 'quick fix'.
Snake- just do it a day at a time and when that seems too much, an hour at a time...down to minutes and seconds. Just try and keep ur distance from friends/family that smoke, or places that would trigger you. I'm telling u its hard, but u can't even.imagine what ur gonna feel like when u have kicked the crap out of nicotine!
I am grateful to have found this site with all the loving support I0 have now, that I'm not getting at home. And already have a.really special life long friend.
