I have not been here for awhile now but I know how important it is to stay connected so I'm back! I'm on day 152 and very proud of that! But I still want a cigarette. The cravings are much better but I still have to chew gum all the time, sugarfree of course. I hope some day I won't think of them at all, I'm sure it will come.
