Mayberry signing in on day 1,013 and feeling so good about it. I discovered that my chat is only NOT working on my lap top but does work on my hubby's comp...so I hope to be on that one today.I sure miss chatting with you guys.

Hello everyone, day 153 for me and it feels great! I am sorry that I have not been around but with my physical issues I have been spending time in the chronic pain group and arthritis group getting some info on all that I am dealing with.

Checking in on day 238. bigduck, yup we both live in Northern Calif. and keep getting rain! It hailed yesterday....Anyway, happy to be smoke free!

I am here, , , I am having a horrible week that just doesn't seem to get better no matter what!!! Amazingly, with all of the stress in my life, I am not craving,, and I hate the way smoke smells. . my quit date 10/3/11

I'm here on day 108. I have had a horrible week also and one time was tempted to bum a cig off someone! I didn't though I just had a little breakdown on the side of the road, I felt so sad and angry that I couldn't have a cigarette at such a stressful time. (My 18 yr old son!)
But, I was strong and I am proud.
