Have you gotten rid of all your smoking paraphernalia (ash trays, lighters, and cigarettes)?
Don't hang out with other smokers. if they step outside for a smoke....stay inside and play a game on your phone or do something to occupy your time, mind, and hands. You can do this!!!!
I'm quit over 3 years :)
