They have helped most of my friends quit. You have to change your routine for a while to quit. like even a different route to drive to work, to keep your attention on that not the smokes and on your breaks, don't go out where the smokers are, go for a walk or the cafeteria and have a healthy snack and large glass of water. Avoid the phone for a while, I had to change most of my routines to cope, but with perserverance it worked. You can do this, you have to want it or it won't work. Give it your best effort, crunch on hard candies, walk hard and long, after meals, sleep when you can, it takes your mind off the smokes, read, it puts me to sleep after a while, stay away from smokers or it gets too hard.
Good luck sweetie.
