stress is always going to be there no matter if you have a cigarette or not. you have to learn and come up to alternatives to not smoking in dealing with the stress. and one of those ways is that you might have to get up the beer while dealing with quitting smoking.

As Sambod said, read as much as you can from old posts and definitely go to the group Good Posts. You will find a wealth of information there with TONS of advise for planning your quit. Planning is the must important thing for a successful quit.Print out what most applies to you and post them around the house.
