If you quit before and started again it is not because of you physical or mental woes, it is because you are a nicotine addict.

Walk a lot, it's summer, walk long and hard to burn off the anxiety.
Or do activities that make you tired, sleep a lot at first, and drink lots of water, you can do it. Chew the nicotene gum if you have to, use cut off straws, when you inhale, you get fresh air.
