Big Congrats on not giving in to smoke- when you had that fight with your husband! For so long, many of us turned to a cigg. for any and all events esp. stressful ones. But the truth is....there will always be stress in life and smoking doesn't really change it.
Nicotine is an addiction and its the addict who wants to run and smoke. Soon it will get easier & easier to not have those strong cravings when stress hits.
