Just got home from a trip to Durango Colorado. It was a 13 hour drive and we didn't have to stop once for a cig break. Ain't that great!!!
I have been cigarette free for 4 years,and almost 9 months. Like Devine said, 1 day or 1,000, we are all great quitters here.
