However, it is still a great group and we do whatever we can to help out wherever we can.
I never thought I'd be a non smoker, but here I am 9 months quit and loving it. I rarely think about smoking and am determined to never go back to it. I didn't quit for health reasons, but it is as good a reason as any. No matter what drives us to quit smoking....the end result of quitting has so many benefits so why not????
Hang in there and good on you for quitting. You can do this and we stand behind you all the way.
Put the money you are saving in a jar or somewhere visible so that you can see how much you are saving (it's a real eye opener) and then reward yourself at milestones or whenever you need an extra boost...ok?
