Google earth view gives you the amazing chance to see amazing places all over the world, from the comfort of your own home. With this amazing privilege, what do most people look at? Their own house, their friends houses, and mostly places they have already been to!

I have looked at my own place, for me it was the sense of wanting to look at my familiar home in a whole new way, to look at it with different "eyes" and to see also what others would see if they looked for the area, it just made the same old look new again, and it is fun to change perspective on something very familiar.

I have also searched other areas, it's a great way to "travel" without in my opinion the hassles of travel, and for those who cannot leave home, it's a neat way to see outside.

Now later today, I shall have to go take a look see at google earth, the Seychelles and Maldives are beautiful, maybe I'll go look those up! Thanks for the reminder, it's been a good long time since I was on google earth.
