Sleep Apnea Support Group
Sleep apnea is a common sleep disorder characterized by brief interruptions of breathing during sleep. People with sleep apnea partially awaken as they struggle to breathe, but in the morning they may not be aware of sleep disturbances.
Fingers crossed for you dear.
I have severe sleep apnea and at least one autoimmune disease but I do not sleep walk.
I would be concerned with ruining my nice CPAP machine if I was a sleep walker. If you go to one of the reputable CPAP equipment sites, you will notice that you can buy clips to attach your hose to your bed.
You may want to consider buying some of these to keep from pulling the machine to the ground if you wake up without knowing it.
Be well,

That is when they put the full mask on me.
Just because you are on a full face mask now doesn't mean you be utilizing it forever. When starting CPAP, I made a goal to use the nasal pillows as, to me, they are small and the easiest to use.
I started with the full face mask for a couple of months. Then, used both hybrid masks for about a month.
At this point in time, I have reached my goal and use the nasal pillows. They are small, easy to clean, and I can wear my glasses with this mask on.
I hope you are doing well.
Regards,
TheWino
Sincerely,
Gabrielle
Regarding the sleep walking, do you take any sleeping pills? Zolpidem aka Ambien is known to cause people to do some pretty crazy stuff while asleep.
I also have Trazodone if I need it. My sister took Ambien and hated it. Now she is on Trazodone and loves it. Plus, it is not addicting (At least that is what the doctors say.).
