Sleep Apnea Support Group
Sleep apnea is a common sleep disorder characterized by brief interruptions of breathing during sleep. People with sleep apnea partially awaken as they struggle to breathe, but in the morning they may not be aware of sleep disturbances.
Did your doctor suggest to use it for a little bit at a time?
Try wearing it for an hour not attached laying down to get the feel of it.
Yes what type of mask are you using?
I have pillows.
I wear a soft nasal mask that fits under my nose. I cannot wear the full face appliance. I'm a side sleeper and it makes a fluttering noise, so changed it to a soft pillow under my nose. You will eventually get used to it, it can take time.
