Sleep apnea is a common sleep disorder characterized by brief interruptions of breathing during sleep. People with sleep apnea partially awaken as they struggle to breathe, but in the morning they may not be aware of sleep disturbances.
(If anyone is interested, I'd like to have one or more buddies for communication and encouragement in doing the at-home food preparation that's usually required for following Fuhrman's "Nutritarian" recommendations.
You can have some small leaks as long as they are not distrubing you or effecting your treatment.
Are you using any software to check your data and see what your leaks are?
The data card is just a basic 1gigabyte card, you could get one from a camera shop, you will also need a card reader, new computers have the built it, it is just one that is used for a digital camera and costs about $10.
If you want to do It, I can send you the link to free software you can use and the instructions.
On the hoselift, it you have a bed head just drape it over it, I made one very cheaply, I found it helps with leaks so you may be able to loosen the starps a bit, have you tried or do you use mask liners?

I use a Resmed Autoset as I dont need oxygen so our data will be slightly different but I can try and help you read the data.
