simply tape mask to face so pain will remind you to leave it on
it may help to get back to sleep by using full pressure and breathing deep and slow
Take things slowly. Try to solve one issue at a time. And, don't quit -- this is too important to your health to give up on.
That has happened to me too. Is your mask comfortable enough? Until I got mine adjusted better I was pulling my mask off nightly. Another thing I did to help get used to wearing it was to wear the mask with machine on while I laid down to read during the day or before bed. Hope it helps some.
I just was going to say what everyone else has said. Stick with it. Don't give up no matter how frustrating this gets. I take mine off sometimes and I've had a CPAP for years. It's something that you can't rush.....your subconsience has to get used to having the mask on while asleep. Good luck and keep on keeping the mask on!
