Sleep Apnea Support Group
Sleep apnea is a common sleep disorder characterized by brief interruptions of breathing during sleep. People with sleep apnea partially awaken as they struggle to breathe, but in the morning they may not be aware of sleep disturbances.

As for the activity of this Board, yes it is deadly slow, obviously a victim of SA, LOL. I really have no idea why it is so slow, maybe people just have not looked for it???
There are two other Boards that I have mentioned in other posts that are very active and very educational. Below are links to both.

Have you posted your original question and thoughts on either of the two SA-specific Forums that I listed in April? If not, I would highly recommend that you do. They are both very busy boards with many subject matter experts including women of your age. You will get quick responses and advice, but do not expect them to endorse oral devices. However, they will give you reasons why, and very likely responses from folks that have tried.
