I don't know sweetie. You know I had squamous cell carcinoma on my chest and it showed up as a ' scab ' looking place and I picked at it..it went away.. would come back a couple of weeks later. Same thing.. then it came back as a painful dark brown raised place, almost like a tag wart but very painful to the touch. That's when I went to my dermatologist . I had surgery to remove it and I've had some other precancerous places frozen off since then, but not in the last several years. Are the places you're concerned about changing rapidly now? I know that basal cell and squamous cell ofcourse look different than melanomas, so I know I'm not much help. You know though that I'm going to worry about you, so please please go to the doctor and get the places looked at. They may be places that can be frozen like you've had before. Please please don't put off going to the dermatologist since it's been 4 years.

Any changes to the skin or body needs to be checked. Melanoma like all cancers need to be followed.
