Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune disorder in which immune cells attack and destroy the exocrine glands that produce tears and saliva. It also associated with rheumatic disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, and it is rheumatoid factor positive in 90 percent of cases.

Vitamin E once in the AM and
Evening Primrose oil once in the AM. I also use lethicin, niacin and gelatin in the AM.
I use Amlactin 12% lotion for severe dry skin and for hands and feet; I add Urea cream 40%.
Recentlywas perscribed Salagen. This is helping my eyes and mouth a lot. It's only 5mg and I am considering asking the doc for an incease of the dosage.
