Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune disorder in which immune cells attack and destroy the exocrine glands that produce tears and saliva. It also associated with rheumatic disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, and it is rheumatoid factor positive in 90 percent of cases.
Does Plaquenil fight fatigue? My other symptoms are mild other than fatigue.

I have found that Plaquenil helps with fatigue. It takes 6 weeks or more to get some benefit. It can take up to 6 months for full benefit. Not everyone has the same level of benefit from it. I noticed a significant difference in 6-7 weeks. Best wishes!

I take it for Lupus and it has helped my fatigue unless I am having a flare.

It made a huge impact on me. I started feeling a difference in about 6 weeks. Five months in was fabulous. I am having a flare now but it is at least 50% less intense than normal. First flare since on the plaquenil. Prior to the flare I had next to no pain and fatigue. Love the plaquenil!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
