Love them! Use them every night and it has definitely made a difference. It's not a cure, but I have less bad eye days for sure now that I use them. You have to WET the little sponges for them to help (dry sponges do nothing) and need to use the googles consistenly for a couple weeks to notice a difference. When I wake up in the morning my eyes feel soooo much better now that I use the goggles. Worth the money.

Hi Deathwarmedover. It sounds like you sleep with them on all night. From what I read in the advertisements, it basically said to use 20 (or something like that) minutes every day, but did say some people use to sleep with.

Anyway, what I want to know is, do you sleep with it all night, and does the band around your head feel tight (I get headaches easily) and I am also a tosser and turner. Will that impact the googles staying in place?

I'm considering these, but thought I'd ask you more info first.

I have used Tranquileyes all night while sleeping. The strap is soft silky material that does not feel tight. My eyes used to get so dry at night that my eyeball would stick to my eyelid. That does not happen when I use the Tranquileyes. I use much less ointment at night due to the goggles too. I think they are worth the money.

Thank you for the information. I think I will order them. My eyes are getting worse and worse. I use a humidifer at night, but think I still need the direct moisture for my eyes.

Mine are starting to stick to my eye lids too. No fun!
