Hi, I need help. My nephew is 9 and lives with just me now. i am not recently single but his uncle recently moved out and he has no respect for females to begin with. I don't have custody, he father has custody but really nothing to do with him although he lives next door to us. He had moved in with his son after a phydical fight with our father two years ago but was kicked out a year ago for stealing. His son lives here and we have an informal guardianship agreement because our father would pay for his lawyer to retain custody "because he is the best dad and he is just learning now what he is supposed to do".

I have my nephew in therapy but he has depression, anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder and conduct disorder. He is making my life hell because I won't change my rules for him and I have no support aside from the therapist I now have to see once a week. I do not know what to do. He has told his dad he wants to live with him and his grandfather again but that's because he wants no rules and there has been no response on that or on him taking it back. I just don't know what to do. He sees his therapist weekly but it isn't enough.
