OK I've got one! Something that makes me mad!

People who do NOT communicate! I am all about communication! LOL That was my main focus of discussion today in therapy! You've got an issue with me? Let's talk it out...none of this "oh if we ignore it maybe it will go away" crap! I grew up in a household like that and hated it!

oops...sorry. i just meant orgys make me mad! because i'm never invited. o.k. o.k. just kidding. what really makes me mad is when i'm feeling down and people tell me all i need is a little exercise. that's the last thing i feel like doing.

Yeah, Kimmi, that would piss me off too! F*ck exercise! Who needs that crap! When you feel down do you really feel like getting on the treadmill? Oh hells no!

I agree with you 75 exercise doesn't work if you feel depressed cos you can't even motivate yourself to get up one step in your house,let alone 30 steps in step aerobics lol! The people who think you can pull yourself together are the sort of people who have never experienced depression/bipolar.Sometimes if you explain things to people they are understanding.Why should we have to explain things?.Well if we didn't explain things how can we expect people to at least understand us and help us.

Ha ha! Normal people piss me off too jokr29! What really makes me mad are bossy coworkers who think they are your boss and try to tell you what to do and how to do it.

People with Big Ego's get to me,glad there confident but to be jerk offs and think there shit dont stink is when it gets to me!!

it also makes me mad that when i do go out of the house to the store or to get gas or see my family and when i get home i analyze the conversations i had. and think oh i probably shouldn't have said that, i think they gave me a strange look, by the time i'm done i've convinced myself that everyone hates me! i hate socializing it takes WAY too much work. but then if i don't i think everyone thinks i'm weird. damned if i do damned if i don't.

nothhing is making me mad right now, i should be happy i'm not up not down (thank god) but i feel kinda numb so i'm kinda nowhere.. anyone else get that?

i also get mad when i'm depressed and whining and people tell me i could be worse off. i know that's true but at that moment since they are MY problems they seem bigger than anything else.

okay, proving I'm an American Citizen... not being invited to an orgy....I would consider sex and exercise... burn loads of calories...

Right now I'm making myself mad for quitting so many jobs and not being able to find anything because of my bad work history. I'm scared shitless and really mad at myself. Been crying all night.
