Meeting people and dating can be learn. I learn it from books. Now we have the internet. There are a lot informations on the net. I am succefull learning from books. There are a lot of people teaches how to find dates. I am not sure if there are any free coaching. Find a coach.

One piece of advice: just say no to internet dating! If you're in school, try going to the dance every week.
