Shortness is a vague term without a precise definition and with significant relativity to context. Because of the lack of preciseness, there is often disagreement about the degree of shortness that should be called short.
I have read and heard about exercises and stretches that very graduly increase heigh and posible straighten bad posture habits to make use of your full height. Some claim that even as an adult you can extend tiny micro fractures normaly created in your bones during hight impact exercise. There are also programs that claim that you can increase heigh as an adult and some of these sound like they could be quite scammy and make you feel really bad for being short in their promotion. I am male about 5 ft 8 inch & 35years old and would like to be at least 5 10. What is your expirence with this.
