Thank you! There is noticable improvement. Mom cooked and did dishes today. We went shopping the other day. Her pain is getting less too for which I am so grateful!
Yesterday she "scrubbed" the kitchen floor while I vacuumed the rest of the house.
When we talk she says she doesn't remember much about last summer. Just as well.
We had a good meal after opening presents and we both napped. It has been a good day. Mom has found some things to laugh at lately!!!
One of these days when she can-she is going to the chiro for an adjustment. Some of her muscles are knotted where the nerves are tight. I would like to buy her a massage but have to have her permission or she balks. Maybe I can work on that?? I think it would do her good.
