As I write this, I am trembling. Thinking of past tragedies:
Feeling alone, in a dark room, shades pulled across the only window in the hotel room. All of the sudden, someone is touching me. Fully clothed, I moan, trying to figure out what’s going on. I twitch with anguish as I try and move away. I am on my back now, on the only bed in the room.
Slowly and painfully I am undressed. Grunting in fear of what will come. And then it happened. I scream. A firm hand came across my mouth, willing me to be silent. I beg to relieve myself, and am followed to the bathroom. I regurgitate everything I could. This is not the end.
I am directed back to the bed for more.

I was sexually assaulted as a kid. I find it hard to accept that another person's actions caused me so much harm. He made bad choices and now I am paying the price. Stupid PTSD!
please, only share what you want to.. please don't push yourself.. if you can it want to, write a journal of it... then come on the forums and say " I wrote some hard stuff in my journal.. please read"
