I was abused as a child, I was raped, used, beaten, and just abused. Up until recently I let that bother me, I dwelled on it, and finally I say no more! I refuse to give monsters from my past power over my future. I found a great outlet for myself.. Exercise.

I got my booty moving today! I jumped on that bike of mine, and peddled my butt off! Not literally, but close enough. I stepped on a scale, and I've lost 4 pounds in two days. Im so proud of myself, and I feel so awesome. No depression has come to my heart today, no sad thoughts have crossed my mind, exercise may be the key I need to recover. Exercise may be my self-therapy. I know this sounds strange, but Im serious. That first step was a beast!!!! But now that Im out there, and I'm putting forth the effort to make myself better by myself.. I really am better. Life is good. Exercise is good for me. Its a win win situation here.
