Stressed, anxious, on verge of crying

I keep thinking about myself and everything that happened and feel alone I think its really getting to me In class with like my male shop teacher. When he gets close I tense up and lean away, or hen the other male teachers get near me Even my grandpa. My dad i stay as far away as possible There's more, but I dont know how to word anything I know, I just feel weird and I get ancy Around guys Why now though? Why not when it first happened Why now though? Why not when it first happrned? Why do I feel this way now?

I asked myself many times "why now?". Unfortunately, I never found a real answer. The way our feelings work isn't always logical, or at least we can't always see the logic. It's not easy, but I try to accept the feelings as they come (I'm not saying I always can) and then try to find a way to release them. Sometimes I find it helpful to post here, sometimes I write a journal. Some people find ways to express their feelings by painting or other arts.

Your feelings when men get near you... You're perfectly entitled to keep the distance that you feel comfortable with. No matter which distance that is. Healing hugs

Im sorry for the pain you are in. You really sound like you need some counseling. Do some research online if you cant tell anyone right now. And look for a local crisis center. Stopitnow.org or rainn.org. I know one you can actually chat with someone instead of calling. I can be very hard to get those initial words out but you can when your ready. And I believe it does get easier when you are more comfortable to talk about it. Just my opinion. No pressure here at all. I just hope you can get the help you so deserve. Nothing is your fault.
