After our. First. breaking of slience. about our abuse. we may have felt our shame. more than ever. as we continue. to speak out. we are less willing. to accept. this shame. It is time. for us. to remove this coat. of shame.
As we heal We learn to speak about our abuse without. embarrassment. We hand over the shame to the perpertrator We become a source of inspiration. to others. who are still mired in shame.

arguments in places. that theres something wrong with us.
it does seem something deeper too, in those that do almost like
a group conscience for some reason. i did notice that they seem
to like to degrade when they abuse, perhaps to cause shame.
a good one is when they say it dosent matter as if to say you dont matter we can do what we want with you to make someone
worthless. that is shame to an abuser instead isnt it ?
