Ok so i dont feel like tellling the whole stoey again... But i need someone to talk to... Basics... My younger step brother abused me for 2 years i told my mom she told me not to tell anyone i tried to kill myself 6months later so someone found out my mom said if i told the truth i would never see her or my sisters again so the ass hole from child services convinced me that it was a one time deal and he was just curious so i didnt tell him about how he would come into my bed everynight... ANY WAY... Point is nothing was done ive been a mess ever sence and my two younger sisters still live there... Now why i need someone to talk to... Ive been super depressed and thinking really bad again so i started to see my counsler again and i was freeking cuz im scared for my sisters... SO SHE MADE ANOTHER REPORT... Im so scared that i dont know what will happen!!! I just dont know what to do im so scared that they wont believe me again... I just wish someone new what was going through my head... or have been through this... I dont even know if they will reopen the case... Dose anyone know the rules???

Tell and keep telling! I don't know the rules of your state but I will tell you that I was molested by more than 3 people and my older brother and sisters would have reported their abuse I probably would have been spared. I'm praying for you and can only say you are brave! just keep telling anyone who will listen it's the only way to protect your younger sisters.

Im really sorry I dont know the rules either, but I can listen to you and try and help you through. I was abused by my grandfather at age 7 and I never told anyone until he died, i was in my twenties then. My mother suspected it was going on and never did anything about it, it makes me feel really bad. She said not to tell my step dad, it was his father that abused me. Also she said at least it didnt happen to your sister and she suspected something was going on. To this day she doesnt know he did do it to my sister too, but she wont talk about it and wont let me tell my mum. what im trying to say is , if id spoken out sooner,perhaps I could have saved her.Be there for your sisters, you can protect them as best you can. I live with the guilt of letting mine down. What your doing is right , I know how hard it must be, I wasnt so brave. Your a wonderful sister.

We believe you. You have a right to be heard. Keeping a secret only serves the abuser. Have you asked your sisters if anything has been done to them?

I am so sorry you are in such a terrible situation. While reporting is not easy it is the right thing to do. you cannot help your sister unless you do. Have you filed a police report?

I am sure you are overwhelmed and scared to death. but your life is worth livng. your very young and your whole life is ahead of you.

Now that you are in suvivor mode you can take solice in knowing that as time marches on you have control to do what is necessary for you and your sister.

Things will get better. anytime you want to talk, I would like to be there for you.

Thanks you guys... The same cop i filled with the first time called the house today and talked to me he sounded like he didnt believe me again but when my dad talked to him he said he wanted a copy of the letter he gave me saying sorry... I still dont know if there going to reopen the case, but there is hope... He told my dad it will be about 2 weeks before we know something... The suspence is killing me!!!

You've done the right thing for your little sisters and yourself. Don't be afraid to tell the whole truth this time and stand strong no matter how much the police and/or social workers try to intimidate you.

I know and understand the fear of worring about someone else younger than you. wondering and worrying that they are being abused now and there is nothing that you can do. I dealt with it for years until I had dto realize that there was nothing that I could do I told there mother and it was in er hand at this point I I wa abuse by a brother for a long time and never said anthing until he had a child of his own. I do encourage you to tell and tell again amd tell your.Tell you brother to tell if anything strange happens that makes them uncomfortable.
