I don't even know what to write... I started having flashbacks again tonight and it hurts so much I couldn't stop crying. I journaled some and then I wrote I AM ANGRY over and over and am confused because I have never actually said I was angry or wrote it but it was like a release but scary at the same time. I haven't been able to go to my therapist for awhile because of finances Just giving her my journal entrys when I go to my Eating disorder support group but even the support group I can only go alittle bit because of cost. But I was really starting to deal with the abuse when I was seeing her and having flashbacks but now That I don't see her I am really really scared to slow down and feel anything because then the flashbacks start and I don't know if I can deal with them and not hurt myself. I don't know if this makes any since I am just in journaling mode sorry!
