ok, me and my cpn have been talking about my need to say things about my abuse but me needing to see a female.
the psychologist will take months to wait to see. He sugguested i see the incest and sexual assult councelling service in my area. Ive advioded it for so long now.
So i go to google and type it in "incest and sexual assult" soon as i started typing i paniced. Incest.... makes me feel dirty and ashamed like its my fault again. I hope you will give it a try at least once. Yes, there will be emotional backlash such as feeling dirty and ashamed but if you keep going that will eventually heal.
