So I started working in a PTSD book that I got in inpatien ED treatment. My councilor wanted me to do the homework about avoidance. Also to write about the memories and what I felt, believed,emotions etc. I had a really hard time doing it but so glad my roommate told me she would be in the same room doing her school work and afterward she helped me to get back to the present and stay grounded.
But I am so fearfull that I will never be freed from the abuse that I have even worst flashbacks now that I'm allowing myself to feel and not numb out with ED.

i noticed flashbacks and triggers got lot worse the more i tryed work through it all
i couldnt handle it so went numb to it but if you can fight it out i think you could make it free
keep it up and work through it if you can
don't do it by yourself
i learned thats bad to do
