Becoming empowered and beginning to talk and take back control is a scary thing....very scary. Those that want to keep us down are afraid of that too. But, becoming empowered is necessary.... People couldn't shut me up now if their life depended on it.... I was abused while Living In foster care and My foster mom told My adopted mom when They came to visit me that I would never Amount to anything. Well I am going to prove my foster parents wrong I am going to live my life. What they did to me did not Break me I am going to go to college and get my bachelors degree Thats something they said I would Never Do.
You don't need to be superwoman to prove their expectations are dead wrong. You just need to be your amazing self to be a worthy.
