sweetie. Telling is never easy and all I can tell you is to try and calm down, take a few deep breaths and think about what you want to say and as important how you want to come across.

I am not sure of your story either. But I suggest you ask for her help and tell her how much you need her right now. And then tell her you want to talk.

You know your parents best and you need to rely on your best instincts.

Remember it will be a shock to them at first, at least it is possible.
