I would say (and what I've read) over hyper sexual arousal is very common in both male and female sex abuse survivors.

He is religious, doesnt believe in sex or touching special parts until marriage. "Kisses are free"

there is nothing wrong with you, after i was sexually assaulted i went through sexual trauma, i would have sex with everyone i meet ( which isnt good, now that im through it). but its normal for someone who was sexually abused to become like extra excited, if you really like this boy, you should let him know whats going on, and be honest with him. He seems uninterested with sex right now, so this boy might be what you need. I was always super careful.
