Hey y'all,
I'm new to the group my therapist recommended I join an online support group. I've had a lot happen over the years. I have been raped 3 times, by people I thought I could trust. I'm tired of feeling unsafe even with my friends. I'm tired of feeling like I've lost everything and that everything I do now is wrong. I've hit a new low recently, I lost my boyfriend, the man I loved more than anything due to my constant irritability secondary to my depression. I just feel alone now.
I am sorry you have been through so much pain and having such a hard time. You are not alone even if you feel like it. I am sorry to hear about your boyfriend. It sounds like you just need to work on you right now and love and take care of you. If he is a truly great guy he will come back to you. Know that you are an amazing person.
