Jobs and music. I feel safe at my job but music triggers me alot. I always feel like someone is trying to take my work and life away from me when music plays. I get very sick! I only listen to music controlled by me. So at my job that I know I need to hold I start to feel weird like people are watching me and harassing me. It's mainly the music that bugs me out. My rapist are still walking around freely does anyone get nervous that your menatlly ill perverted rapist will show up in area that you may be in. I also know I am better then these people but who would want to be in the same enviroment as a menatlly sick filth piece of shit. So I worry and revolve my life around them it seems. It's sickening I get really sick. I want peace to be free. Does anyone else have to catgorize and seperate people in their life. I never had to do this before? I never had to genuinely hate people or feel immensly sick near people before. Until I was raped by a pervert.
When I was raped I was always afraid of seeing the rapist and when I did, I froze (which was my training from childhood sexual abuse). I finally found peace with it when I started working on my healing. Until I healed what happened there was always the potential that I would see the rapist and freeze in my tracks. Now...if he appeared in front of me...I think I'd give him a piece of my mind. And maybe a kick in the balls. :-)
