Im getting to the point of hating myself. My therapist said I was doing fine because I was working full time im a 12am-8am casheir. It keeps me busy and gives me purpose . Now ironicly a week later Im down to one day a week. Everyones hrs are cut. I kinda lost it when I found out , I googled lethal Zoloft dosage. I know stupid. I dont feel fine. I feel like im breaking inside little by little. Im paranoid all the time. Whats the point? Was I born to be abused? I wish I could just heal from this , I wish I could let this pain out. Its like a chained up box inside me full of darkness, maybe a light will make the dark go away? What if the dark scares the light? What if there is no hope? What if there is?

I relate to this post so much. I feel like I could have written this myself. I barely make it at work though... and I think my therapist hates me.

You weren't born to be abused. You were born to survive. You were born to use your voice and inspire others. Don't give up... keep holding on. One day you'll look back and be amazed at how far you've come. You just can't give up...

It seems to me that your box inside has opened and all those emotions are starting to come out, this is why you're feeling like you are. That's really common and normal in dealing with these issues. You may not feel it, but this is a sign that you are making progress. Yes it is a very rough process and there are no short cuts, yet in time with perseverance those memories/emotions become more and more manageable and get better it does. Just don't give up or give in, many here are going through the same thing and by helping each other through those rough moments, we shall and WILL overcome. Papertree is right about the light.As for getting you hours cut, is there another job you can get or do some volunteer work to keep you busy, usually when one door closes another opens, Just my thoughts I wish you well, Blaine
