I have a friend who is a survivor of sever sexual abuse. she (and others) would be detained in a makeshift cell, complete with bars, and heavy duty lock, the only thing left in the cell for them is a bucket, the cell was in a basement. she was dumped years ago and just left, someone found her and shes been getting help. all that aside, shes is afraid of ever being brought back to said cell or something similar, does anyone know of some tutorials or anything to escape a cell like this or similar, I dont want/need to know how to get out of a law enforcement cell as i have no intentions of ever being detained for a crime. But should this girl was detained with other people male and female, and if something happened to me i would want to know how to get out. also aside from not being capable of joining the military on account of my celiac, i would want to know something like that in the event of becoming a P.O.W. any info i find i would share with my military buddies. who knows any info can save lives and possible even more from being raped or abused.
If she is asking you to help her find a way I would urge you to tell her to talk to her therapist about it. The therapist may have some tools s/he can teach her so she can feel safe.
