Perhaps if someone asks what happened it would be easier? So tell us what happened? I was molested and raped by my grandfather when I was a child...I had no memory of it until recently. I was also raped when I was in a children's home by my roommate. My wife was raped on a regular basis by the guy she was dating before she met me....we are each other's support and talking to each other helps tremendously. Perhaps you can share some of what happened to you with us here and we can be part of your support?

ok here it goes....i was moolested by my older cuz for 4 yrs.....i have rly bad flashbacks, and i recently realized that he told my other cuz who is yr older than me nd my bestfriend t do things like hump me with ur clothes on and oonce with ur pants off but i didnt let him go thru but what bothers me is the way he said yull like it...idk whether it was SA r not

I was a bit confused by your response, but yeah that sounds like SA to me. If it felt like you were being abused then you probably were. Have you spoken to your family about this?

they know i was sa....my mom keep justifying it and my dad idk? but i dont tlk about what happened with them! i have a therapist tho but havent seen her since april and my dad is cutting my therapy off

rationalization and justification is a part of codependent, as well as other addiction behaviors. If there is anyone else in your life that's trustworthy, throwing out a piece of information about the issue will cause some reaction. Go with your gut on their response.

Hello itzjustme,that took courage to begin to talk about what happened to you.you said you had or have a therapist but that your dad is cutting your therapy off.I am not sure why he is doing that but i am including a toll free number,maybe they can help you find counseling in your area for minimal or no cost.Or just someone there you can talk to about this.
