My mind does not remember but my body does. I was less than 5 years old when it happened. But even oday I stll feel him he's in me. I hate it I hate myself for it. I feel so dirty I can hardly stand it. :'(

Do you go counselling/therapy?
He is not in you anymore and because you have grown up your body is not even the smae body. I take comfort myself in that.
Its still fifficult though and you will get there I promise you. You are not broken.
Keep it up, as long as it helps and maybe you should bring this up with them, I found that the hardest bit to accept and also made me hate my body so muchHugs xx
