Your story sounds terrifying! I'm so glad that you've come to a healthy spot in your life and are happy!! That makes me happy!! To be around other people that can understand my pain is really a wonderful thing! I've been married going on 4 years! We haven't had any children yet!

I have worked with a therapist in the past but now I'm currently not. I've considered going back but with my work schedule it makes it kinda difficult. I work 12 hour shifts on the night shift.

I will seriously be considering therapy! I live in a small town and there is only one therapist here. Sadly, I don't wish to visit with her again.

Well, of course we all love you and will be here for you as much as we can. I know that there are online therapists, but I don't know if they are any good.
