The title says it, my journal specifies. I need help. Im shaking, and cold.. I dont know what to do.

We all think about these things sometimes. The thing is, we're able to turn off those emotions that most people feel when they think about commiting murder. It doesn't mean we're more capable of it than others. We really aren't.
If anything, I think we're far less capable of it because we know how actions have a ripple effect. When you hurt someone, you cause pain to everyone around them.
