i don't understand why this happend's to us! why? why does it happen to some people and not other people. how can people even abuse other people i don't understand. why do we blame ourselves sooo much? why is it so hard to stop blaming ourselves?why?

It completely understand your frustration. The main question is why but i dont know if we'll ever find out. Why do we get made to feel like we have done something wrong? Why is the abuser protested in some cases? Why is it so hard to deal with?

I have days when it gets on top of me but we are strong and we can get through it x

i know i will never prolly get these answer's but idk. all i can ask myself is why?! i don't get it. i want to be able to get it.

"Why" is the hardest question to answer. I stopped looking, because the answers I came up with stank.justanother's right, it IS crazy! But we have all survived it, we're still here! Your mantra this week should be: "I am NOT to blame. I am a GOOD PERSON!"

I think some people open themselves up to the devil and the more he gets in the more evil they get. I don't really know but I think it's the devil.

ugh the whole blame thing is sooo hard for me. i think it's my fault and that's just how i think. people have tryed to tell me i am not to blame and my counselor has tryed to tell me that but i just don't. i don't believe it. maybe if i did this whole healing thing would be sooooo much easer
